A.S.K.
30 day prayer challenge
based on Luke 11:1-13
A prayer a day, Monday through Friday, for six weeks. Each week builds on what we preached: knowing God as Father, then learning to Ask, Seek, and Know, then landing on the best gift He gives - the Holy Spirit - and how to keep praying even when the answer is a "no" for now.
Take just a few minutes each day. Read the verse, sit with the prompt, then pray.
Week 1
Learning to Call Him Father

Monday
Read: Luke 11:1-2
Pray: Thank God that you don't have to approach Him with fear or formality. Ask Him to help you see Him as Father this week, not a distant, formal God You're scared to get wrong.
Tuesday
Read: Romans 8:15
Pray: Ask the Holy Spirit to remind you, especially in a moment of stress today, that you can cry out "Abba, Father." Notice when you default to fear instead of sonship.

Wednesday
Read: 1 John 3:1
Pray: Sit with the phrase "Children of God." Ask God to show you one area of your life where you're still relating to Him like a stranger instead of a Father.
Thursday
Read: Matthew 7:9-11
Pray: Bring on honest need to God today, no filter, no polishing it up. Ask Him for it the way a child would ask a parent.

Friday
Read: Luke 11: 5-8
Pray: Thank God that He is nothing like the reluctant neighbor. Ask Him to help you approach Him boldly this weekend, not hesitantly.
